Haskins Roundstone was pleased to donate a new garden bench to Guild Care’s exercise garden this month.
Established since 1933, the charity Guild Care, based in Worthing, has been supporting older people, unpaid carers, children and young adults with special needs and people living with dementia. Unfortunately, their much loved garden bench at Methold house had come to the end of its life and Guild Care approached Haskins to see if they could help.
Kelly Wickham, Media Officer at Guild Care said “On behalf of Guild Care, I’d like to give a huge thank you to Haskins for donating the bench to us. It will be used in our outdoor garden gym at Methold House and is much needed by all our visitors who use our services every day.”
Nick Joad, General Manager at the Roundstone Centre remarked, “We’ve worked closely with Guild Care in the past and we recognise what a fantastic service they provide to the local community. We hope by donating this bench everyone can continue to enjoy their garden. ”
