“Its fantastic to have the chance to build a rapport with the customers and gain feedback on the growing range of cakes, traybakes and patisserie displayed,” said Kirsty. “I also enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate decorating techniques as I work and encourage suggestions for pastry dishes as more than 80% of our display created by the team.”

Haskins General Manager Terry Head said that Kirsty joins the team of 85 full and part time catering team at the £1.8 million turnover restaurant which seats over 460 people. The 12 metre display dedicated to pastries and cakes was opened in February following a £80,000 investment.
