We have a vacancy for a full time Customer Service Assistant Team Leader. You will Guide the Customer Service Department to maximise profit, minimise losses and offer excellent customer service, through effective allocation of resource and accurate administration, in order to meet company sales targets and objectives.
Running the customer service desk and dealing with customer queries as well as controlling cashier rota's ensuring that the till operation runs efficiently. Experience of a high volume retail front end operation would be a distinct advantage. Working alternate weekends with a corresponding day off in the week as well as one late night a week either a Thursday or Friday until 20:00hrs.
