Key responsibilities include Processing payments, refunds and orders for all goods purchased and supporting the Team leader with the running of the checkout area. You will also be required to work in our cash office, including the reconciliation of all monies and other till transaction information. Previous ‘retail’ customer service experience is essential for this key ‘customer facing’ position.

Working 38 hours a week you will be required to assist in the day to day running of a very busy production kitchen, supplying food for the highly successful Restaurant in the Garden Centre. Duties will include preparation of vegetables, salads, soups, breakfasts and lunches.

Confident and outgoing, you will also enjoy working with the public, as the role entails the overseeing of our busy counter service including the carvery & pizza oven.

There are no split-shifts, but you will be required to work alternate weekends, with a day off in the week, also working one late night per week.

There are no split-shifts, but you will be required to work alternate weekends, with a day off in the week and one late night, normally a Thursday or a Friday.
