Salary £20,500 to £24,000 depending on experience
You will be assisting in the day to day running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu.
Confident and outgoing you will enjoy working with the public ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role benefits from Sociable hours with no split-shifts as well as alternate weekends off plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.
You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position.
Duties include the preparation of salads, soups, breakfasts, lunch and a wide range of pastry-based products.
