The right candidate will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and energetic.
Key responsibilities will include creating and displaying a wide range of Cakes and Pastries, ensuring the highest standard of customer service is delivered at all times. Must be a Team player and will be required to support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
This role benefits from Sociable hours with no split-shifts as well as alternate weekends off plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with previous patisserie and high-volume production experience. Patisserie experience essential.
