Working 4 days per week to include alternate weekends 30.50 Hours per week
Pay rate: £9.51 per hour

About You
The candidate will need to deliver exceptional customer service skills and be able to work at the required pace to ensure swift and polite service through checkouts. You will need a warm and welcoming personality, enthusiasm, patience and confidence to work independently and as part of a dedicated team. Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include dealing with direct and indirect customer enquiries at our customer service desk and overseeing the running of the checkout area. You will also be required to work in our cash office, including the reconciliation of all monies and other till transaction information. Previous ‘retail’ customer service experience is essential for this key ‘customer facing’ position. The ideal candidate will have solid communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic personality and the ability to perform under pressure.
