Full Time (38 hours per week)

You will supervise the day to day running of a very busy production kitchen, creating and supplying high quality food for the Restaurant in our successful and very popular Garden Centre.
Duties will include the supervision & management of your brigade of chefs and your kitchen staff. You and your team will be required to prepare and serve a selection of Salads, Soups, Breakfasts, Main Meals & an extensive Bakery range.
Confident and outgoing, you will enjoy working as part of a team and also dealing with the public, as the role entails the overseeing of the busy ‘counter service’.
There are no split-shifts, but you will be required to work alternate weekends, with a day off in the week and one late night, normally a Thursday or a Friday.
