We are looking for a highly organised person to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen porters. Working in conjunction with the Restaurant General Manager you will create a strong culture of teamwork between front of house and back of house personnel.
You will be responsible for creating, preparing and serving a wide range of high-quality food and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Working 38 hours a week you will benefit from Sociable hours with no split-shifts as well as alternate weekends off, a day off in the week and only one late night a week.
With previous catering/hospitality-based experience you will be a self-motivated effective communicator that enjoys working as part of a team.
You will have leadership experience along with an externally recognised food preparation/handling related qualification
