How to get support
You and any family member (aged over 16 who lives with you at your address) can contact the helpline, 24-hours a day. Our nationwide team of counsellors are all highly qualified and experienced; talking with a sympathetic and objective professional is the first step to feeling better.
If you have a legal question, we can arrange a free telephone consultation with a fully qualified lawyer. Money, debt and every-day practical advice is also provided. Money, debt and everyday practical advice is also provided. Normally a single advice call will answer all your questions; however you can speak with the same advisor again to work through a more complex issue.
