Bramble Foods is a flourishing, family-run business, based in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside in Market Harborough.

Bramble Foods manufactures and distributes fine, ambient foods. They bake some of the UK’s finest traditional cakes and tray bake and make a fabulous range of preserves, pickles and chutneys.

Cartwright & Butler has been creating the most exceptional teatime treats for more than 115 years, and the standards set in their kitchen of a terraced house in Yorkshire are still what guide them today.

Lyme Bay Winery is a small, dedicated drinks company full of people who are passionate about producing delicious and award-winning English Wine, Fruit Wine, Cider, Mead, Liqueurs and Spirits from their home in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley.

They combine their knowledge and love of flavours and ingredients with their wine-making skills to craft award-winning traditional drinks, tailored to the 21st-century palate. The Garlic Farm is a family business which is owned and run by the Boswell family who have all spent many years enjoying, exploring and learning about all things garlic.

They have spent many years exploring garlic's history and origins, experimenting with the many different varieties on “the Island” and creating a range of garlic-infused products from garlic mayonnaise to garlicky chutneys and from black garlic beer to garlic ice cream.

The original Wild’s Bakery was established circa 1899 in the Victorian seaside resort of Morecambe, Lancashire.

Grandma Wild’s only use the finest ingredients to make their biscuits. Tray baked in the traditional way to achieve that crispy crunch and utterly delicious taste. Just as Annie Wild did back in 1899.

New English Teas was established in 1985 by Anthony Brown, the great-grandson of Brooke Bond Tea founder Arthur Brooke.
