Previous experience or relevant qualifications are not always necessary to join our friendly, happy teams. However, being passionate about delivering excellent customer service, having a sense of humour and an eagerness to learn is a key part of our Haskins culture.

We offer a broad range of training to ensure the ongoing development of our staff.

We have a variety of jobs on offer and no two days at Haskins are the same. Working in a busy environment there are always plenty of new challenges to keep you busy. As well as permanent positions we also offer temporary seasonal roles at various times of the year with both full and part time positions available.

Our recruitment process

Depending on the role applied for, we have 2 main recruitment processes. For centre and restaurant management roles, you will be interviewed initially and subject to success at this stage you will be invited to attend an Assessment day. This will usually involve several different exercises including a Competency based interview as well as other activities designed to allow you to show us your potential. This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know us and decide if Haskins is the employer for you.

For most other roles, our recruitment method consists of a 1 or 2 stage interview process with the hiring manager. This may include a customer interaction exercise which enables us to ensure that all of our new recruits are able to demonstrate the standards of Customer Service we require.
