In 1967 Frits Wolf r. started a retail store in Nijmegen, Holland, where in 1970 they started selling garden furniture. In 1999 Frits Wolf jr. took over and started 4 Seasons Outdoor in 2003. High quality, great comfort, extraordinary design and high weather-resistant abilities were key. As they still are the foundation of their brand today.

A new piece of furniture starts with an idea, sketching a new design. Their team shapes and creates with great eye for detail, comfort and durability. They combine their technical knowledge with style, using high quality materials and test these into perfection. That’s how they come up with an outstanding collection of outdoor furniture with a warranty of up to 10 years.

In 1993, over a meal in Cologne, two friends with a passion for design detail raised their glasses with excited anticipation. A factory full of crafted quality benches had become available and both Borge Leth and Roy Catchpole were excited at the prospect of starting out on their own in the world of garden furniture.

As a company committed to sustainability, we’re forever wanting to become more and more green. In 2000, two school friends on their travels bumped into a small Javanese terracotta pot factory and were struck by the quality and range of products available. This unexpected visit sparked an idea – a bold decision was made to purchase a selection of products and ship them to the UK. The pots sold out and Bramblecrest was born.

More than 23 years on, and with a team of over 50 talented people based in our Cotswold HQ, Bramblecrest is still designing an envious range of high quality, stylish garden furniture. Our products are made to the highest specification using innovative designs and responsibly sourced, recyclable materials. Environmental awareness and concerns are fundamental to our beliefs as we take steps towards reducing our carbon footprint.

In tranquil Columbus, Georgia, Char‑Broil triggered a genuine revolution in 1948 by building the first cast iron charcoal grill. In the USA, we are therefore one of the oldest and best-known brands in the BBQ sector.
