Fancy a touch of the exotic in your home? These Zantedeschias, or Calla Lily can be grown outdoors in the summer and indoors all year round, ideally in a bright spot, but not in bright sunshine.
They also prefer a free draining soil, so if growing indoors, allow them to fully drain after watering, similar to orchids.

Did you know May Day has ancient Roman roots? It originated from the Floralia, a festival honouring Flora, the goddess of flowers and spring!
Traditional activities included decking homes with flowers, feasting with friends and family, and planting new flowers, herbs and vegetables.
As Floralia was all about growth and fertility, why not ditch the lawn mower this weekend and embrace your floral spirit!
