We’d prefer to reward our regular customers and give them an enhanced shopping experience, which is delivered through our Haskins App.
If you’d prefer not to join us, then we’re just as happy for you to continue to shop with us without these benefits.
No, the Haskins App is free to download, register and use.
The Haskins App can be downloaded from either Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store.
No, our Haskins App doesn’t have points but we will send you vouchers for the type of items you purchase so scan your App or card every time you shop.
Don’t forget that after you’ve bought 10 hot drinks, you’ll be able to have your 11th hot drink on us.
Scanning your Haskins App helps us to see what you buy and make sure that we send you vouchers that are relevant to the things you buy. Scan your card when you buy a hot drink to claim your 11th hot drink on us.
Once you have downloaded the Haskins App and signed up to your account, vouchers are available for redemption as soon as they appear.
If you have any unique vouchers, such as a birthday or free hot drink voucher, show the barcode to the till operator and they can scan them to redeem.
Not at the present time. Haskins is a family-owned group of award-winning destination garden centres, and we look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.
Vouchers are issued automatically to your App but sometimes things can go wrong.
If you believe that you are missing a voucher, let our Customer Services team know, and tell them your customer number, found on the 'My Card' screen.
We will then investigate your claim and resolve as soon as we can.

You will need an email address to sign up to the Haskins App, as this is how we communicate our T&Cs and inform you of your personalised vouchers and exclusive offers.
Of course! If you don’t want to share this information, that’s no problem.
However, we can only send you a Birthday Treat voucher in your birthday month if you let us know your birthday, else it will be deemed that you have opted out.
Our system issues Birthday Treat vouchers from 11pm every night.
If the day you sign up is the same as your birthday, your Birthday Treat will be issued overnight and will be available to use the following day.
If you have signed up Haskins newsletter, you will receive an email at least once a month with news, advice and our latest offers. You can also find our latest news here.
If you unsubscribe from emails, we can’t inform you about your latest offers.

If you are an App customer and want to delete your account:
Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.
Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
Your digital receipts will stay in the App for 3 years from date of issue.
