Broil King x Haskins Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotors:
    The giveaway is being run by OMC Barbecues Ltd (company number 3050507) whose registered office is at 8/9 Westwood Court, Clayhill Industrial Park, Neston, Cheshire CH64 3UJ (“Broil King”) in collaboration with Haskins Garden Centres (company number 03901816) whose registered office is at Haskins Head Office Building, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DJ (“Haskins”)
  2. Eligibility:
    The giveaway is open to UK mainland residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Broil King (OMC Barbecues) and Haskins Garden Centres, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  3. How to Enter:
    To enter, participants must follow both accounts @broilkinguk & @haskinsgardencentres on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments, and like the post.
  4. Giveaway Period:
    The giveaway begins on 14/05/2026 and ends at 15:00 hrs on 11/05/2026. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
  5. Prize:
    The prize consists of one Broil King Crown Shadow 410, one Broil King BBQ Cover, one Broil King BBQ Tool Set and a Haskins Garden Centre Voucher. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is only available for delivery within the UK mainland and does not include delivery to residents of the Isle of Man, Lundy, Anglesey, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Western Isles, Orkneys, Shetlands or Northern Ireland. The Haskins voucher is valid for in-store redemption only.
  6. Winner Selection:
    The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via DM from Broil King UK (@broilkinguk) shortly after the closing date.
  7. Claiming the Prize:
    The winner must claim their prize within 24 hrs of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected.
  8. Publicity:
    Broil King (OMC Barbecues)/Haskins Garden Centres must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we may publish the first name of the winner in a post on Instagram. Consent will be sought to do so, but if you object to this, please also let us know. We may also be required to share the winner’s surname and county with other participants or the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  9. General Conditions:
    Broil King (OMC Barbecues)/Haskins Garden Centres reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the giveaway is prohibited. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or in associated with, Instagram. You agree that Instagram has no liability to you in connection with this giveaway.
  10. Limitation of Liability:
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless [OMC Barbecues & Haskins], its affiliates, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

Privacy:
Personal information provided during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway (including as set out in paragraph 8 above), contacting the winner and delivering the prize. It will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the prize and comply with our legal obligations.
