Haskins Terms & Conditions

By registering and participating in the Haskins App, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before downloading. We take the privacy of your data very seriously and will use your data in the following way whilst you are a member:

• Depending on the marketing preferences you select on sign-up, we may contact you by e-mail, text message or postal mail with communications related to Haskins Garden Centres. You can amend these preferences within the app at any time.
• We may use your previous purchase history, obtained when you shop with us, to tailor our communications. We may use your date of birth to send you a treat on your birthday.

To be a Haskins App customer you must be a UK mainland resident, aged 18 years or over and have a UK email address. The Haskins App can be used within all Haskins Garden Centres and restaurants. Please note, all relevant sections of the registration form must be completed in full before your sign-up is complete. You can terminate your account within the Haskins App at any time.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Haskins App is promoted by Haskins Garden Centres Ltd. Registered Office: Head Office Building Longham, Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 9DJ
2. Customers are only permitted to hold one Haskins account. We value the integrity of our application and aim to maintain a fair and inclusive environment for all participants. Therefore, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the banning of individuals, who are found to have set up or are using multiple accounts to manipulate or exploit the system. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of any benefits or privileges associated with the accounts in question. We encourage all participants to use their account responsibly and in accordance with the terms and conditions.
3. The Haskins App can only be used by the customer who is named and registered on the app account. Haskins Garden Centres may refuse an application for any reason and reserve the right to merge or close additional accounts at any time. You must keep us informed of any changes to your personal or membership details. We will not be responsible for any loss of vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate. We may, at our discretion, decline to issue, withdraw, or remove customer vouchers, or invitations on the app at any time where a customer appears to have breached the terms, or behaved in an inappropriate, misleading or abusive manner.
4. Vouchers can only be redeemed by the named customer of the Haskins App.
5. The Haskins App is only open to individuals and is not available to a group or club. Offers are not transferable or resaleable.
6. Haskins vouchers or coupons are valid only for the dates specified and will not be valid after this date.
7. All products and services featured within the Haskins App are subject to availability and prices in store or online may vary.
8. Vouchers or offers are not exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers and can only be used as explained on the voucher.
9. Promotional coupons or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer in-store unless otherwise stated and can only be used on the products stated, even where alternative products have the equivalent value.
10. Rewards or offers may have their own particular terms & conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
11. Haskins Garden Centres reserves the right to cancel the Haskins App and any benefits attributed to it at any time, by giving 3 months’ notice. In respect of any unused offers, Haskins Garden Centres will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.
12. Haskins Garden Centres reserves the right to substitute offers or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.
13. Haskins Garden Centres reserves the right to vary the level/value of offers or benefits at any time and without notification.
14. If no transactions occur within your account in any 12-month period, we may terminate your account at our discretion.
15. Haskins Garden Centres cannot be held responsible for any loss of vouchers incurred because of out-of-date details or for delayed or undeliverable mail, e-mail, or SMS.
16. Haskins Garden Centres is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of the app or the inability to receive or redeem vouchers.
17. Nothing in the terms & conditions shall limit or exclude Haskins Garden Centre’s liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).
18. Haskins Garden Centres is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of the Haskins App and to contact you for the purpose as described in this application.
19. Haskins Garden Centres adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. This offer is valid for customers who have purchased ten (10) drinks from Haskins Garden Centres using our digital App. Upon the purchase of the tenth drink through the app, the customer will receive a voucher for the redemption of one (1) free hot drink from our current hot drink menu.
2. The purchase of each drink will be recorded by Haskins. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchases are properly recorded.
3. The free hot drink reward can be redeemed by presenting the coupon within the customer's app to a staff member at the time of purchase. The free drink must be redeemed in a single transaction.
4. Haskins reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
5. This offer is valid only at participating Haskins Restaurants
6. By redeeming this offer, you agree to Haskins' privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
7. This offer applies to full price drinks only and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
8. Haskins reserves the right to refuse service or void the free drink reward if it suspects any abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

1. This offer is valid only during the customer's birthday month as indicated in our records. Proof of birthday (e.g., ID) may be required.
2. This offer is limited to one portion of free cake per customer per year.
3. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. The range of cake offered is subject to availability on the day and no substitutions are allowed unless otherwise stated.
5. Haskins reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
6. This offer is valid only at participating Haskins Restaurants.
7. By redeeming this offer, you agree to Haskins' privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
8. This offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
