Momentum Children’s Charity support families across South West London, Surrey and Sussex whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition. They are there whatever the outcome, as long as needed, so that no family has to cope alone.

Momentum Children’s Charity started their mission to help families of seriously ill children back in 2004. By offering tailored care to every child referred to them, they’ve been able to support hundreds of families through the hardest of times, so that they can keep moving forward.
