Terms and conditions
The closing date for the weekly draws are December 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd 2019. 4 hampers to be won. The winner will be notified by the Wednesday of the following week. No purchase necessary, no cash alternative. Haskins staff are excluded from entry. Winners will be drawn at random and notified by email. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted. The decision of the Promoter on all matters is final. A random draw of all valid entries will take place within six working days after each closing date above to select the winner. The winner will be notified by telephone or email, and MUST respond by midnight within seven days of the date of contact. If a selected winner does not meet all of the entry conditions or refuses the prize, another entrant will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries within a reasonable time frame. Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed exclusively by English Law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

Haskins Garden Centres Ltd is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation and we understand the importance of keeping your personal data safe, private and secure. No information collected by us for the purpose of newsletter signups or prize draw entries will be sold, rented or loaned to any third parties or companies. You can unsubscribe at any time. Data from competition entries will only be used to draw the winner. Data will be deleted after the closing date once all prizes have been claimed, within a 3 month period.
