Haskins was proud to celebrate with the Institute of Learning Management, Level 2 graduates for 2016/17.
7 members of staff studied the course in 2016/17 from 3 of our 4 centres and Head Office. The ILM course is a recognised leadership and management training programme designed to enable staff to reach their leadership potential within your business.
Emma Farley said “The ILM course, which Haskins has been running since 2010 through Bournemouth and Poole College, adds a brilliant framework for leadership training & skill development for our teams. By running the programme we have not only seen candidates grow in confidence and then share this enthusiasm and knowledge with their teams but it has also provided many with the skills to enhance their careers within the business”.
The ILM training is open to all staff, and to date we have had 30 staff members complete the ILM 2 course. Every 5 years we run the ILM level 4, which all successful graduates have the opportunity for further study.
