Customer Service Assistant

We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a Part-Time Permanent basis working 15.5 hours per week with alternated weekends. Working hours are –
Tuesday – 12:30-4:00
Friday – 10:30-2:30
Saturday – 10:30-4:30
Sunday – 10:30-4:30
Tuesday – 1:00-4:00
Thursday – 11:00-3:00
Friday – 10:30-4:30

The role of Customer Service Assistant
As a customer service assistant, you will be the first and last point of contact during our customers visit to the store. We take pride in delivering high standards and achieve this by processing sales and enquiries through the tills with a friendly, caring and timely approach; helping customers with any query, contacting colleagues to help with product care tips and availability, lifts to the car, escalating complaints etc.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales at the till point
  • Customer Enquiries
  • Cash Handling
  • Wrapping and Packing
  • General housekeeping duties

About You
The candidate will need to deliver exceptional customer service skills and be able to work at the required pace to ensure swift and polite service through checkouts. You will need a warm and welcoming personality, enthusiasm, patience and confidence to work independently and as part of a dedicated team. Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Restaurant Assistant – 20 Hours Monday – Friday

We are recruiting a Restaurant Assistant on a Part-Time, Permanent Basis, working 20 hours per week, working hours are Monday – Friday from 1pm to 5pm.

Previous catering, barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role of Restaurant Assistant
To provide general assistance within the restaurant which enables us to exceed customer expectations and maximise all sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serving on the food counters
  • Clearing tables
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Till operation

About You
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills and a desire to learn. A winning smile and a courteous manner are both important whether you are serving over the counter or arranging a table for the next customer. Being proactive and energetic is essential as this is a busy fast paced environment. Previous catering, barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
