Lawn care
It is fairly easy to keep an established lawn in good order.
By following our advice, you’ll be able to keep your lawn in tip-top condition.
1. Prepare
- Prepare your lawn in early spring or autumn
- Rake out moss, debris and thatch
- Spike to improve drainage and air circulation
2. Weed & Feed
- Remove weeds manually or with a lawn-formulated weed killer
- Control moss with Lawn Sand
- Feed with slow release fertiliser in spring
3. Seed
- Apply seed in mild temperatures to improve thickness
- Seed entire lawn to blend colour
- Water in with a sprinkler and protect from birds
4. Top Dress
- Apply a top dressing after seeding
- Improves soil structure
- Work into the lawn with a broom
5. Mow & Feed Regularly
- Encourages lawn to thicken
- Promotes shorter grass height
- Trim edges for neatness
